有关希腊电子烟资讯详细解读

近日，希腊对第4419/2016号法规第25条第1部分规定的费用支付截止日期的修订如下：

1，对于烟草制品（指令2014/40/EU第5条），电子烟-再填充容器（指令2014/40/EU第20条），已通告到EU门户（EU-CEG）并且打算在希腊销售，自本部长令发布起，且相关费用尚未支付的，其付款截止日期延长至2021年9月30日。

 1) In the case of tobacco products (Article 5of Directive 2014/40 / EU), electronic cigarettes - refill containers (Article20 of Directive 2014/40 / EU) already notified to the EU Common EntryGate (EU-CEG) as intended to be marketed in Greece, until the publication ofthis ministerial decree, and for which the relevant fees have not been paid, thedeadline for their payment is extended until September 30, 2021.

2，对于烟草制品（指令2014/40 / EU第5条），电子烟-再填充容器（指令2014/40 / EU第20条），将要通告到EU门户（EU-CEG）并且打算在希腊销售，自本部长令发布至2021年8月16日，相关费用的付款截止日期延长至2021年9月30日。

2) In the case oftobacco products (Article 5 of Directive 2014/40 / EU), electronic cigarettes -refill containers (Article 20 of Directive 2014/40 / EU) to be notified tothe EU Common Entry Gate (EU-CEG) as intended to be marketed in Greece, fromthe publication of this ministerial decree until August 16, 2021, the deadlinefor payment of the relevant fees is extended until September 30, 2021.

3，对于烟草制品（指令 2014/40 / EU 第 5 条），电子烟-再填充容器（指令2014/40 / EU第20条），将要通告到EU门户（EU-CEG）并且打算在希腊销售，自2021年8月17日起，相关费用的付款截止日期设定为自通告到欧盟共同门户(EU-CEG)后的四十五 (45) 个日历日。

3) In the case oftobacco products (Article 5 of Directive 2014/40 / EU), electronic cigarettes -refill containers (Article 20 of Directive 2014/40 / EU) to be notified tothe EU Common Entry Gate (EU-CEG) as intended to be marketed in Greece, from17 August 2021 onwards, the deadline for the payment of the relevant fees isset at forty-five (45) calendar days from the notification to the EU CommonEntry Gate (EU-CEG).

4，对于已经支付相关费用并且在希腊市场流通的烟草制品（指令2014/40/EU第5 条）、电子烟-再填充容器（指令2014/40/EU第 20 条），则没有义务为在EU门户 (EU-CEG)修改通告支付新费用，这将实施到 2021 年 8 月 16 日。

4) In the case oftobacco products (Article 5 of Directive 2014/40 / EU), electronic cigarettes -refill containers (Article 20 of Directive 2014/40 / EU) for which therelevant fees have already been paid, there is no obligation to pay a new feefor notifications of modifications to the EU Common Entry Gate (EU-CEG), forcirculation in the Greek market, that will be implemented until 16 August2021.
