NSF 颁布的2022年版《膳食补充剂、膳食原料和营养补充剂企业GMP注册政策》已于2022年6月22日正式生效。该政策适用于NSF 173 GMP和NSF 229 GMP。

作为膳食补充剂、膳食原料和营养补充剂企业，需要了解*新标准的变化并确保其设备符合北美的*新要求。

NSF GMP 项目政策更新

在这些策略中，删除了对简洁性、冗余性和跨策略引用的编辑。

PP – 8

The scope of GMP Audits was updated to includeChina's local GMP Audits. 

GMP审核范围已更新，包括中国当地GMP审核。

PP – 9

GMP for Sport Audit Scope was revised to alignwith the revised 306 Guideline. 

对GMP Sport审核范围进行了修订，以符合修订后的306指南。

PP – 10

Site and Campus Audits were revised to removeduplicative language. 

对现场和园区审核进行了修订，删除了重复的语言。

PP – 15

Audits for Internationally Based Facilities wereupdated for clarity. 

为清晰起见，更新了对国际性企业的审核。

Audit Report Grading and Audit Frequency forDietary Supplement / Dietary Ingredient Facilities were updated with newgrading tables that reflect audit checklists previously published andImplemented by deviation.

Audit Report Grading and Audit Frequency forFunctional Food Facilities was updated to add the new grading table for theChina GMP for Nutritional Supplements Audit.

The Quality Assurance System was updated toclarify the separation of certification programs.

PP – 25

Obtaining and Maintaining NSF GMP Registrationhas been updated to refine the scope.

Repeat Corrective Actions was updated to permitNSF to decide the appropriate corrective action for noncompliance.

Regulatory Action Notice was updated, so theClient is no longer required to notify NSF of a regulatory notice except toprovide information upon request and during GMP audits.

Suspension or Withdrawal of Registration wasupdated to remove regulatory action notice as cause for automatic suspension.

Requirement and Purpose of Audits was updated toinclude language that if NSF, at its sole discretion determines that alternatemeasures may be used in place of an onsite audit, NSF shall notify the Companyof the alternate steps necessary.

Access for Audits was updated to add language toaccommodate a review of the Client's restrictions to help determine the type ofaudit that would be acceptable based on all applicable requirements.

Company Complaint Records was updated to remove"onsite" as audits may be performed remotely.

Unauthorized Shipment or Disposal of Certifiedor Non-Certified Products Placed on Hold was updated to include language thatthe Company shall hold the Product in its inventory until authorized by NSF inwriting to release Product from hold.

Reinstatement was updated to include the languageof when NSF may accept a reapplication.

Appeal of a Decision, Result or Action taken byNSF was updated to include requirements on beginning the appeal process andthat all appeal outcomes determined by NSF are final.
