问：对于复合材料纸(如蛋糕托)，与食品接触的表面是层铝箔，请问应根据GB 9683复合包装袋的标准还是GB 4806.9金属材料的标准安排检测?

答：国内目前对复合材料的管控标准有GB 9683《复合食品包装袋卫生标准》，但该标准所针对的产品具有一定的局限性，仅适用于由纸、塑料薄膜或铝箔经粘合剂(聚氨酯和改性聚丙烯)复合而成的食品包装袋。而本处所指复合材料纸并不严格属于GB 9683范围。建议，如果属于GB 9683范围内的复合包装袋，那么可以按照GB 9683进行检测;否则，应该符合GB 4806.1通用安全要求4.2.2对复合材料的相关规定，复合材料中各类材质材料符合相应国家标准规定，也就是说既要符合GB 4806.8纸制品的要求，也要满足GB 4806.9金属材料的要求。
