ISO 7170	家具 - 存储单元 - 测定强度、耐用性和稳定性的测试方法

ISO 7170 规定了确定完全组装并可供使用的存储单元（包括其可移动和不可移动部件）的强度和耐用性的测试方法。测试包括向装置的各个部分施加负载、力和速度，模拟正常功能使用以及合理预期可能发生的误用。

测试结果仅对测试的单元/组件有效。这些结果可用于表示生产模型的性能，前提是测试模型能够代表生产模型。根据 ISO 7170:2005 进行的测试旨在证明该产品在其预期环境中提供令人满意的服务的能力。这些测试是针对尚未使用的单元/组件开发的。然而，如果有适当的理由，它们可以用于故障调查。

不包括老化和降解的评估。
