国标标准：GB 18586《室内装饰装修材料 聚氯乙烯卷材料地板中有害物质限量》测试要求

本标准规定了聚氯乙烯卷材地板（又称聚氯乙烯地板革）中氯乙烯单体、可溶性铅、可溶性镉和其他挥发物的限量、试验方法、抽样和检验规则。本标准适用于以聚氯乙烯树脂为主要原料并加入适当助剂，用涂敷、压延、符合工艺生产的发泡或不发泡的、有机材或无机材的聚氯乙烯卷材地板，也适用于聚氯乙烯复合铺炕革、聚氯乙烯车用地板。

This standard specifies the limit requirements,test methods,sampling and inspection rules of VCM (Vinyl Chloride Monomer),soluble lead,soluble cadmium and other volatile compounds in polyvinyl chloride floor coverings (also called polyvinyl chloride floor leather). This standard is applicable to foaming or non-foaming polyvinyl chloride floor coverings (hereinafter to be referred as floor coverings) with or without backing.They were manufactured by coating,rolling and other complex process of which polyvinyl chloride resin was the main raw material and at the same time suitable additives were added.This standard is also applicable to polyvinyl chloride composite leather laid on kang (a heatable brick bed in the north of China) and polyvinyl chloride floor used in vehicles.
