澳洲IC等级独立式LED驱动测试方法变更

Test method revised for IC type LED driver in Australia/New Zealand

LED驱动的澳洲标准AS/NZS 61347.1:2016+A1:2018在2020年11月26日出版一项技术裁决，是关于宣称为IC等级的独立式LED驱动的测试环境温度的澄清。

One ruling for standard AS/NZS 61347.1:2016+A1:2018 had published at November 26, 2020, applicable for ambient temperature in thermal testing of IC type independent LED driver.

ZA1 GENERAL

For the purposes of this Appendix, the requirements of Clause 12 of AS/NZS 60598.1 apply.

AS/NZS 60598.1:2017

The ambient temperature within the draught-proof enclosure shall be within the range of 10 °C to 30 °C and should preferably be 25 °C. It shall not vary by more than ±1 °C during measurements and during a preceding period long enough to affect the results.

If, however, a lamp has temperature-sensitive electrical characteristics (e.g. a fluorescent lamp), or if the ta rating of the luminaire exceeds 30 °C, the ambient temperature within the draught-proof enclosure shall be within 5 °C of the ta rating and should preferably be the same as the ta rating.

独立式LED驱动需要按照灯具做热试验，当驱动（独立式驱动视为灯具）有宣称ta时，热试验在ta下进行。

New test method

无视独立式LED驱动宣称的ta值，热试验在25℃下进行。

此次测试方法的澄清/修订，将使得独立式驱动更容易在覆盖隔热棉的情况下通过热试验。

This ruling for standard would make the thermal testing pass more easier while the independent LED driver covered by thermal insulation.

强烈建议广大制造商为自己的独立式LED驱动(尤其家用的)宣称IC等级，并申请/升级澳洲安全报告和证书！
