嵌入式灯具的徒手可分离灯体（额定电压低于直流120V），且LED驱动徒手可分离，不满足(b)，故不在EESS法规范围内。

The detachable recessed luminaire part (rated at less than 120Vdc) is NOT in-scope electrical e and it does NOT meet the definition of “Recessed luminaire – light-emitting semiconductor type”.

基于相关法规，其仅需要符合安全标准要求（不需要Level 3强制认证证书，也无需按Level 2注册产品到EESS数据库）。

Notwithstanding the above, the recessed luminaire still needs to comply with the relevant safety standards for recessed luminaires as per applicable legislative re (it is just not ‘in-scope electrical e’).

注解：可分离的独立式SELV输出LED驱动部分属于Level 3强制认证范围，需认证证书。
