According IEC 60335-1, temperature rise of windings is determined by the resistance method, unless the windings are non-uniform or if it is difficult to make the necessary connections, in such case, the temperature rise is determined by using thermocouples.

Under what conditions can the thermocouple method be applied?


Decision:

The resistance method is the reference method and should be performed if possible.

In addition to the exceptions as stated in above standard(s), the temperature rise measurement using thermocouples can be chosen if the resistance method is technically not possible (time to access the winding is too long, opening the construction has too much influence on the result etc.).


问题:

依据IEC 60335-1,绕组的温升通过电阻法来确定,除非绕组是不均匀的,或是难于进行必要的连接,在此情况下,用热电偶法来确定温升。那么,具体什么情况下能用热电偶法代替测量呢?


决定:

电阻法是参考方法,尽可能按电阻法执行

除了上述所列情况外,当在测试技术上无法使用电阻法(例如测量时间过长,结构拆卸等对绕组温升影响很大的情况),可以使用热电偶法代替电阻法测量


提示:

对于体积偏大的设备,上述特例情况是很常见的。比如有许多按摩椅使用线性变压器,而变压器又安装于按摩椅靠背下方的底座中。底座由塑料盖板封闭,空间狭小且盖板拆卸困难,实在不方便电阻法的开展,这时候可以使用热电偶法代替
