测试低能量级NIST标本 SRM2092 (或自测标本2093）和高能量级NIST标本 SRM2096 （或自测标本2097）。您设备测试的步骤和范围是：从较低的能量级逐次开始测试直到最高能量级的1.5倍。

测试低能量级NIST标本 SRM2092 (或自测标本2093）和高能量级NIST标本 SRM2096 （或自测标本2097）和超高能量级NIST标本 SRM2098。您设备测试的步骤和范围是：从较低的能量级逐次开始测试直到您设备最大检测功率的80%。

高能量级NIST标本 SRM2096 （或自测标本2097）和超高能量级NIST标本 SRM2098。您设备测试的步骤和范围是：从最低能量级的1/2逐次开始测试直到您设备最大检测功率的80%。

测试标本说明：

ASTM23 测试标本分为3种：低能量级13-20焦耳，高能量级88-133焦耳，超高能量级176-244焦耳。低能量级和高能量级标本分为 NIST标本 和 自测标本两种。

低能量级：SRM 2092 (NIST标本）

               SRM 2093 (自测标本）

高能量级：SRM 2096 (NIST标本）

               SRM 2097 (自测标本）

超高能量级：SRM 2098 (NIST标本）

自测标本只表明能量级，不包含任何NIST检测服务咨询.

Combinations for Energy Ranges are as follows:

If a machine has a maximum capacity less than 289 J (213 ft-lbf):

Test the low energy SRM 2092 (or 2093 self-verification) & the high energy SRM 2096 (or 2097 self-verification). The machine will be certified from the lower limit to 80% of maximum capacity.

If a machine has a maximum capacity of 289 J (213 ft-lbf) or more:

Test the low energy SRM 2092 (or 2093 self-verification) & the high energy SRM 2096 (or 2097 self-verification). The machine will be certified from the lower limit to 1.5 X the highest energy level tested.

or

Test the low energy SRM 2092 (or 2093 self-verification), the high energy SRM 2096 (or 2097 self-verification) & the super-high SRM 2098. The machine will be certified from the lower limit to 80% of maximum capacity.

or

Test the high energy SRM 2096 (or 2097 self-verification) & the super-high SRM 2098. The machine will be certified from ½ the lowest energy level tested to 80% of maximum capacity.

Please note: The "Self-Verification" specimens will come with the certified value in order to perform your own verification of your machine to ASTM E23. The Self-Verification specimens shall not to be returned to lab and do not include any of lab services (before or after testing) or help and will not come with a NIST Verification Letter and/or sticker.
