本标准规定了电厂汽轮机、水轮机和燃气轮机系统用于润滑和调速的矿物涡轮机油的质量标准。本标准适用于电厂汽轮机、水轮机和燃气轮机系统用于润滑和调速的矿物涡轮机油的质量监督。调相机及给水泵等电厂设备所用的矿物涡轮机油的质量标准，也可参照执行。本标准不适用于各种用于汽轮机润滑和调速的非矿物质的合成液体。

This standard specifies the quality criteria of mineral oils for lubrication and control system used in steam turbine,water turbine and gas turbine in power plants. This standard is applicable to supervision of mineral oils for lubrication and control system used in steam turbine,water turbine and gas turbine in power plants.The quality criteria of mineral oils for rotary condenser,feed water pump and other equipment in power plants can also be carried out with reference to execution. This standard is not applicable to a variety of non-mineral synthetic liquids for lubrication and control system of steam turbine.
