本标准规定了金属氢化物-镍电池负极用稀土系AB5型贮氢合金粉的要求、试验方法、检验规则和标志、包装、运输、贮存。本标准适用于采用真空感应熔炼工艺生产的稀土系AB5型贮氢合金粉。用作金属氢化物-镍电池的负极材料。

This standard specifies the requirements,testing methods,inspection,marking and packaging,transportation and storage of rare earth-base AB5 hydrogen storage powder  used in negative electrodes of nickelmetal hydride batteries (herein after referring as “RE-base AB5 hydrogen storage powder used in negative electrodes of nickel-metal hydride batteries” or “the product”). This standard is applicable to RE-base AB5 hydrogen storage powders produced by vacuum induction melting process and used as the active material in the negative electrodes of nickel-metal hydride batteries.
