化学要求
（1） 所使用的成分、物质和混合物应符合标准中规定的与食品和化妆品成分相关的成分要求。
（2） 玩具指令中规定的禁用清单中的过敏物质不得存在于超过100 mg/kg的香料或香料中。

物理和易燃性要求
（1） 套装中包含的用于加热的玻璃器皿应由硼硅酸盐玻璃制成。套装中的非玻璃容器应通过EN 71-1规定的跌落试验。容器的形状和尺寸应符合标准中规定的具体要求。
（2） 趣味游戏的容器应装有食物，以便接触食物的物品进行食品级测试。
（3） 根据第1272/2008号法规（EC），应将耐儿童容器用于危险物质和混合物。
