ANSI/ESD S20.20 标准是基于ISO 9001基础上对静电放电防护控制体系的特定要求。ANSI/ESD S20.20 标准对工厂的ESD体系的建立、EPA的建立、敏感器件的包装、生产各环节的处理、人员培训和考核、内审制度的建立和检查、检测手段等各方面都做了明确的规定。

ANSI/ESD S20.20 standard provides specific requirements to ESD control system which based on the ISO 9001. ANSI/ESD S20.20 has been clearly defined in the following aspects, such as the establishment of ESD system in factory, the establishment of the ESD protective area, the packaging of sensitive devices, training and assessment, the establishement of internal audit and inspection system, detection methods and other aspects.
